2. Warranty repair policy

3. Non guaranteed repair policy
1. If the product has the following conditions, it belongs to the scope of non guaranteed repair and requires paid services:
The validity period of three guarantees has expired;

Damage caused by dismantling by repairers not authorized by Huawei;

If the one-way distance between the consumer service address and the nearest Huawei service outlet or Huawei authorized service outlet is less than 15 kilometers, the remote door-to-door fee will be exempted;

In case of non-human damage or performance failure within 7 days after the receipt of the goods, the consumer can choose to return, exchange or repair. The service provider designated by ZWEIS brand or ZWEIS brand will provide door-to-door service, and return the price of the goods to the payment account corresponding to the order within 7 days from the date of receiving the returned goods.
The seven day return without reason is valid for the goods sold through online channels, and the return logistics fee arising from the seven day return without reason shall be borne by the buyer.
For goods purchased through non ZWEIS brand official channels, Huawei or a service provider designated by Huawei shall provide a test report for return within seven days, and the Seller shall be responsible for the return refund by virtue of the test report.
The packaging boxes of ZWEIS intelligent outdoor audio-visual system and related products shall be retained for at least 30 days after receipt, so as to be used for old machine packaging during return and exchange business. If the user's packing box is lost or damaged, it is necessary to pay for the corresponding packaging parts of Huawei smart screen and related products to ensure the transportation safety of goods.
5. Description of seven day unreasonable return rules
Consumers who buy smart screens through ZWEIS brand self operated e-commerce channels can apply for seven days' return without reason within seven days (including seven days) from the second day of actually receiving the goods, on the premise of ensuring that the goods are in good condition.
Article 1: description of goods in good condition
Goods in good condition means that the goods can maintain the original quality and function, and the goods themselves, accessories, trademarks, etc. are complete. The consumer opens the package of the commodity based on the inspection needs, or makes reasonable debugging to confirm the quality and function of the commodity, which will not affect the integrity of the commodity. If a commodity is used beyond the needs of the inspection and confirmation of the quality and function of the commodity, resulting in a great depreciation of the value of the commodity, it shall be regarded as incomplete.
Article 2: Commodity integrity standard
1. The customer shall ensure that the returned goods and relevant accessories (attachments) (such as product manual, three guarantee card, power cord, remote control) are complete, and maintain the original quality and function, without damage, contamination, scraping anti-counterfeiting, activation (authorization), etc., and without appearance use traces that are difficult to restore to the original state and unreasonable personal data use traces.
